As per 1 November 2018 we will stop the service of the Thetford machine at your campsite. This means you can no longer use the Thetford card. Do you have credit on your Thetford card? You can easily return this credit on your bank account (with the exception of free credit). Log in and go to your account (at the top right of this page) and choose the option ‘Close account’ and follow the steps on your screen.
The credit will be returned to your bank account within 10 working days*.

* The minimum amount to refund to your account is €1,-. The costs for returning your credit is €0,50 per transaction.
